As the Biome architecture is adapted for other jurisdictions where the same capability gaps exist, Foundational Partners receive first read on the work and are invited into the conversations about where the next Foundation gets built. Standalone, ring-fenced from any commercial vehicle. No commingling of capital under any circumstances. ACNC registration in process; DGR1 status pursued.

Integrated advisory body

A single integrated body combining scientific expertise and First Nations cultural and ecological authority. Genuine authority within investment and methodology decisions.

Standards in practice

FPIC for all supported projects. Complete ring-fencing of capital. Independent annual audit. Quarterly reporting to Foundational Partners. Publicly published impact reports.
